Understand
the review.
Embezza supports oversight. It does not replace an audit, legal advice, or the owner’s professional judgment.
Will Embezza change my financial records?
No. The review is read-only by design. Embezza presents findings for review; it does not edit source records or move money.
Does a finding mean someone did something wrong?
No. A pattern may have a legitimate explanation. Review the original records, posting notes, and reconciliation context before reaching a conclusion.
What is included in the free scan?
We first confirm your practice software, the supported data path, and the agreed scope of the initial review. The team explains any next steps before you share records. No additional service begins without a separate agreement.
Will it work with my practice software?
Open Dental direct-connection and supported-export routes can be discussed with the team. Compatibility, version, permissions, and file format are confirmed during onboarding. Selecting a software name on our form does not imply a native integration.
What happens after I request a scan?
We use your business contact details to discuss fit and next steps. Patient data and financial records should not be submitted through this website. Any data sharing is handled separately through agreed onboarding.
How do you use my data with custom models?
Embezza uses purpose-built models for dental financial workflows. Ask the team for the applicable data-use, retention, hosting, access, and model-training terms before sharing practice data. Using custom models alone is not a complete data-privacy policy.
